Volunteer

Volunteers are essential to hospice palliative care. We would like to invite you to work together with the Board of Directors and other volunteers to help meet our goals. Volunteers are also encouraged to become members of the Hospice Society.

We welcome volunteers to help with:

• Events - to bring our members together, raise money and spread the word
• Communications - brochures, website and speaking opportunities
• Planning - to define and support our goal of creating a hospice residence
• Administration - building a volunteer society takes a lot of hands

Existing Volunteers are asked to keep a record of their projects and time spent on work for the Hospice Society using the Volunteer Log.
